Meet the Leadership Team
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Mitchell has worked in high-tech with Fortune 500 companies and at startup ventures his entire career. He is a proven business leader and has extensive experience in providing Intelligent Data Management, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions. Just prior to joining Scan-Optics, Jeff was President and CEO of Compass Group, a full-service management and consulting company providing advanced SaaS software solutions to a wide variety of clients.
Throughout his career, Jeff has held global executive leadership positions including Thomson Learning as SVP, Global Sales; Professional Services and VP, Application Software at Siemens; and VP, Executive Managing Director, Sales at LexisNexis Group. He also served as an executive for the first e-marketplace startup in the consumer packaged goods industry.
Chief FInancial Officer
Tom Revall is a results oriented financial leader. He has worked for and consulted with both manufacturing and service companies of all sizes to bring leadership, financial discipline, and structure. Prior to joining Scan-Optics, Tom was the CFO for 8 years at Able Coil & Electronics, a leading provider of custom coils and solenoids. While overseeing Finance, HR, and Business Development, he was able to implement an ERP system and grow the company 15% annually. Tom has also been leading teams throughout his career through consulting groups like KPMG and RSM McGladrey, and service companies such as Aetna and Cigna.
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Israel Ordonez leads the corporate technology and innovation strategy for Scan-Optics, setting the vision for the technology portfolio, product development roadmap, software development, and operation of infrastructure, platforms, professional services, and applications.
Prior to joining Scan-Optics Israel worked at Valassis, a provider of marketing services, data capture, and analytics services. Israel has a deep knowledge of technology modernization, standardization, and innovation while optimizing efficiency and cost savings. As an accomplished innovator in his field, he has helped to implement digital transformations and build comprehensive technology platforms for various Fortune 500 companies including IBM, ESPN, Pfizer, Unilever, and Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Senior Vice President, Operations
John Yates brings over 25 years of experience in digital imaging, technology, and operations to his position at Scan-Optics. His diverse background in operations and technology has been key to the effective delivery of global solutions to our diverse customer base.
John began his career with USA Today and served in various leadership positions with Gannett Corporation, helping lead them to digital transformation. Just prior to joining Scan-Optics, John led the technology and process innovation for a multi-national direct mail company across 17 of their facilities.
Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing
Jerry Neri has a strong background in technology and solution sales, learning content development, and translation services. He is an experienced leader across multiple industries including local, state, and federal government; pharmaceuticals, biotech, and financial services. He has a passion for delighting clients with solutions that enable them to be more productive and efficient.
Just prior to joining Scan-Optics, Jerry served as Vice President of Global Sales at Attune, a company providing training and meeting room technology and facilities to Fortune 500 companies. He also served as Vice President of Sales at Thomson Netg, where he led a team responsible for delivering e-learning solutions to the marketplace.
Vice President, Account Management
Sashan Blake has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and has held various leadership roles in corporate sales, account management, and event planning. Sashan began her career at Waterford Hotel Group, one of the top hotel and convention center management companies in the U.S. During her tenure she managed several luxury hotel properties and was awarded Manager of the Year multiple times for her outstanding performance.
Previously to joining Scan-Optics, Sashan served as the Director of Sales for Island Hospitality Management and served in leadership positions with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, and IHG.
